We specialise in domestic extensions, renovations and conversions. We have extensive experience in structural renovation and will be to advise where you're considering removing walls or opening up a space. 

If you don't already have a set of plans, we can provide a complete design and build service. We work closely with a number of architects and architect technicians and can recommend the right person for your particular project.

We work only with a small group of experienced carpenters, plumbers and electricians that we know from previous projects can deliver on the quality and schedule we demand. If you don't already have a set of plans, we can provide a complete design and build service.

We make sure you get the best value for your budget by tightly controlling every aspect of the project. Detailed costings are supplied for every build.

Based in Lucan, Gray Construction Ltd are CIRI registered and HRI registered. We have full insurance and can provide all supporting documentation for private and commercial tenders.
